Je vais tenter d’expliquer ce qui se passe actuellement dans le milieu hip-hop en Corée mais je ne fais que rapporter des informations, en aucuns cas je ne prends parti pour l’un ou l’autre camp.
Comme vous le savez les Supreme Team composé d’E-Sens et Simon D se sont séparés. Suite à cela Amoeba Culture (leur ancien label dirigé par Gaeko des Dynamic Duo) a annoncé :
“Nous avons informé E-Sens que son contrat se terminait le 19 (août). E-Sens n’est désormais plus un artiste de notre label. Nos chemins se séparent ici car notre façon de concevoir la musique est différente. Simon D continuera de travailler sous Amoeba Culture.”
Beaucoup se demandent alors si cette décision aurait une relation avec le scandale de la marijuana d’E-Sens.
Le 21 août dernier Swings du label Brand New Music publie un titre qui reprend l’intru d’un titre de Big Sean et Kendrick Lamar intitulé Control et qui a déchainé les foules car les 2 rappeurs incendie littéralement beaucoup de rappeurs américains comme Drake, J.Cole, Big K.R.I.T., Pusha, T, A$AP Rocky, Jay Electronica, Tyler, the Creator et Mac Miller. Swings la rebaptise King Swings et reprend le même schéma en l’appliquant aux artistes hip-hop coréen.

Le 22, E-Sens poste le titre ‘You Can’t Control Me’ sur son Sound Cloud toujours avec la même instru avec laquelle il attaque violemment son ancien label et plus particulièrement son patron Gaeko.
